FALL 2023 PROGRAMMING

COMPLIMENTARY SWIM INSTRUCTION: DRILLS & COACHING WITH JOHN RYAN
Wednesdays, September 20 – November 8 | 3–4 p.m.
*Must be able to swim 25m front crawl non-stop.

This program is designed for those who can swim but want to fine-tune their technique. The aim will be to become more efficient, creating less resistance and swimming smoothly and at ease in the water. Sessions will run with a minimum of two, maximum of eight students.

Register by Monday at 5 p.m. the week of the session. $20 will be charged in the case of no-show or late cancellation.

John Ryan has taught beginners, Masters and Triathlete-swimmers to reach their goals over his 20+ years coaching. Regardless of your skill level, John can help you improve your technique and stamina, learn new techniques, and gain confidence and ease in the water!
