How to Access Complimentary Parking Hours or Pay for Parking

There are two methods to register your vehicle’s license plate during complimentary hours:

1. Register on Offstreet via TCC App or Self-serve Kiosk at Member Services, Fitness Centre or Security Desk.
2. Register at Member Services, Fitness Centre or the Grill Host.

There are four methods to pay during pay hours EVERY TIME you visit the Club:

1. Register on Offstreet via TCC App or Self-serve Kiosk EACH TIME at Member Services, Fitness Centre or Security Desk. Members MUST re-register their vehicle license plate number at 4 p.m. to receive complimentary parking.
   • Before 4 p.m.: The start time is default, with the ability to adjust the end time. If members arrive between complimentary hours (6–9 a.m.), the Club will ensure no charges are applied during this time.
   • After 4 p.m.: End time is defaulted to 9 a.m. the following day.

2. Register EACH TIME at Member Services, Fitness Centre or with the Grill Host
   • Parking charges will be added to member’s account.

3. HangTag^TM App
   • Enter lot “Terminal City Club” or lot # 11210 or scan the QR code on-site.
   • A $0.70 convenience fee will apply to each transaction.
   • Parking charges will NOT be added to members’ accounts.
   • The app will not recognize complimentary hours; please register at Member Services, Fitness Centre or the Security Desk.

4. PayByPhone App
   • Enter lot # 28661.
   • A $0.70 service charge will apply to each transaction.
   • Parking charges will NOT be added to members’ accounts.
